Warranty

Contact Crown within 60 days of delivery to request a warranty review. Every request is reviewed case by case.

What to include

Include the receipt or order confirmation and three clear photos of the break. At least one photo must show the break and the Crown logo together.

Add a short description of what happened and identify the bat model when that information is available.

Email the request and attachments to info@crownbatco.com. The website does not accept or store warranty uploads.

Stop using a bat that may be unsafe until Crown has responded.

Crown reviews every request case by case and will confirm the available next steps for that order.
