Information submitted through contact, team, and customizer inquiries is transmitted to Crown's email delivery provider. This may include your name, email address, message, organization, order needs, selected bat specifications, and any roster sheet you attach, including player names and numbers.

Do not include payment-card details in an inquiry.

Shopify processes checkout information needed for an order, which may include contact, billing, payment, shipping, and transaction details.

Shopify's own privacy terms apply to information it processes as Crown's commerce platform.

The hosting and network services used to deliver the site may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events.

A secure browser cookie is used to restore the Shopify cart. It does not contain payment-card information.

Crown uses Vercel Web Analytics to learn how the storefront is used: pages visited, the referring site or campaign, country, device type, and shop actions such as adding a bat to the cart, building in the customizer, and starting checkout. It sets no cookies and counts visits in aggregate, without names, email addresses, or IP addresses.

Inquiry text, personalization, receipts, and warranty photos are never sent to an analytics provider. Crown uses no advertising pixels or session replay.

Shopify, email delivery, hosting, network, and security services process only the information required to operate the storefront, deliver requested messages, and protect the site.
